Ramane ferm si puternic, fiind unul dintre principalele mijloace de comunicare intre organizatii si clientii lor, intre parteneri si intre membrii unei organizatii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform datelor din sondajul realizat de Rock Content:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>95,9% dintre persoanele intervievate isi verifica zilnic email-ul<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>76,7% dintre companii adopta strategia de marketing prin email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>96,1% dintre acestea cred in eficienta acestei strategii<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Analizand aceste date, este usor de inteles de ce newsletter-ul este inca una dintre primele optiuni folosite in strategia de marketing a companiilor de pretutindeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care este frecventa ideala pentru a trimite un newsletter?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Periodicitatea este una dintre principalele caracteristici ale unui newsletter. Adoptarea acestui instrument in strategia de marketing necesita stabilirea unei frecvente bine definite pentru trimitere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu exista un interval standard pentru fiecare newsletter. Perioada recomandata este cuprinsa intre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 data pe saptamana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o data la doua saptamani<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Poti face cercetari pentru a verifica daca abonatii tai sunt multumiti de frecventa actuala sau daca doresc sa primeasca email-uri mai des sau mai rar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ar trebui sa contina un newsletter eficient?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Exista mai multe tipuri de newsletter, fiecare avand propriul obiectiv strategic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai jos sunt cateva recomandari pentru a crea un newsletter care atrage atentia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. De ce este important continutul calitativ si relevant?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu folosi newsletter-ul doar pentru a distribui oferte sau descrieri de produs explicite. Acest lucru poate determina destinatarul sa marcheze email-urile ca spam sau sa se dezaboneze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este esential sa folosesti acest canal pentru a livra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>informatii relevante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>continut captivant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>materiale cu valoare pentru cititor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, se creeaza o relatie de incredere intre brand si consumator, relatie care poate duce ulterior la vanzari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cat de important este designul si linia de subiect?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspectul newsletter-ului este la fel de important ca si continutul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este recomandat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un sablon simplu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>culori placute, fara exagerari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utilizarea echilibrata a imaginilor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu este indicat sa trimiti email-uri compuse doar din imagini. Acest lucru poate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>creste durata de incarcare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>afecta deschiderea email-ului<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compromite rezultatele asteptate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inainte de toate, este esential ca destinatarul sa fie motivat sa deschida email-ul. De aceea, foloseste un subiect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>scurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>descriptiv<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>care trezeste curiozitatea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Creativitatea este importanta intr-un inbox aglomerat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. De ce trebuie sa fie continutul obiectiv si bine organizat?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Daca abordezi mai multe subiecte in acelasi newsletter, separa-le si evidentiaza doar informatiile esentiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru texte mai ample:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>include doar un rezumat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adauga un link catre articolul complet de pe site sau blog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta abordare face newsletter-ul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mai usor de citit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mai clar structurat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mai atractiv<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In acelasi timp, poti analiza care link-uri au fost accesate si ce subiecte au generat cel mai mare interes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
