Ne da date despre: sursele de trafic, paginile vizitate de utilizatori, segmentele de public tinta care interactioneaza cu site-ul, comportamentul acestora, atingerea obiectivelor si sute de alte metrici importante in procesul de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De curand, Google a anuntat lansarea noii versiuni de Analytics, care se numeste Google Analytics 4 (GA4) si care este, practic, un nou instrument de lucru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce este Google Analytics 4?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Google Analytics 4<\/strong> este noua generatie a platformei de analiza oferita de Google, actualizata la zi cu schimbarile din industrie cum sunt restrictiile privind cookie-urile, invatarea automata si modelarea datelor si a comportamentului utilizatorilor, totul intr-un design nou si inteligent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De ce aceasta trecere la Google Analytics 4?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Universal Analytics (GA3 sau UA3), care nu va mai procesa date incepand cu 1 iulie 2023, se foloseste de modelul traditional de modelare a datelor concentrat pe sesiune (vizita). GA4 are la baza evenimentele (\u201eevents\u201d), mai exact actiunile pe care vizitatorul le face pe site-ul tau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asadar, modelul de date bazat pe evenimente oferit de GA4 este un mod total diferit, mult mai flexibil de a privi comportamentul utilizatorilor in web si pe aplicatiile mobile, care va ajuta la definirea unei imagini complete si personalizate a traseului utilizatorilor in website. Astfel, marketerii si oamenii de analiza vor avea acces la informatii mai valoroase, de care se pot folosi in optimizarea campaniilor de marketing, a propriilor site-uri si chiar afaceri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Care sunt avantajele Google Analytics 4 fa\u021b\u0103 de Universal Analytics?<\/strong><br><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorbind de evenimente, exista diferente in noua versiune Analytics: daca in varianta initiala, restrictiva, puteam insoti maximum 3 campuri de informatii impreuna cu fiecare eveniment (Categorie, Actiune, Eticheta), de data aceasta putem transmite pana la 25 de parametri cu fiecare eveniment, lucru care ajuta la colectare avansata de date pentru analiza si interpretare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"788\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themarkers.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/google-analytics-4-ga4.jpg-2.png\" alt=\"Google Analytics 4 GA4 (2)\" class=\"wp-image-23919\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themarkers.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/google-analytics-4-ga4.jpg-2.png 940w, https:\/\/www.themarkers.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/google-analytics-4-ga4.jpg-2-300x251.png 300w, https:\/\/www.themarkers.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/google-analytics-4-ga4.jpg-2-768x644.png 768w, https:\/\/www.themarkers.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/google-analytics-4-ga4.jpg-2-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In ultimii ani, Google a optimizat foarte mult modul de invatare automata si de modelare a datelor. Modelul de atribuire bazat pe date (data-driven attribution) foloseste date reale din contul Google Analytics pentru a genera un model personalizat prin care sa atribuie meritul pentru conversie tuturor punctelor de contact de-a lungul calatoriei utilizatorului. In acest mod, ne putem baza pe o imagine completa a canalelor digitale care performeaza si vom sti unde si cum trebuie investite resursele de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In varianta Universal Analytics (GA3), modelul de atribuire bazat pe date era restrictionat doar pentru cei cu cont premium (varianta platita), dar, chiar si asa, nu putea fi folosit decat atunci cand platforma dispunea de mai multe date. GA4 include acest model printre optiunile standard de atribuire, pentru a simplifica problemele complexe legate de raportarea performantelor mai multor canale de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt punct forte in favoarea GA4 consta in modul prin care utilizatorii sunt identificati si cum datele acestora sunt atribuite cross-platform (pe mai multe dispozitive).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pana acum, Analytics folosea module cookie originale (first-party cookies) pentru a identifica utilizatorii atunci cand acestia accesau website-ul de pe un anumit dispozitiv&nbsp; si, astfel, stia cand se intorceau pe site (\u201ereturning users\u201d). Aceasta modalitate de a identifica utilizatorii avea multe lacune, pentru ca acestia puteau accesa website-ul din modul incognito, puteau sterge cookie-urile sau puteau accesa site-ul de pe un alt dispozitiv, care avea un alt identificator Google Analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google Analytics 4 vine cu o nou\u0103 metod\u0103 de a identifica utilizatorii, care ar trebui s\u0103 ofere un model de urm\u0103rire holistic, chiar dac\u0103 pentru accesare se folose\u0219te un alt dispozitiv sau browser. Astfel, putem identifica utilizatorii nu doar dup\u0103 dispozitive, ci \u0219i dup\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>date modelate pe baza comportamentului utilizatorilor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ID-ul de utilizator (User ID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>semnalele Google (Google Signals)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, vom putea intelege mai bine care a fost traseul unui utilizator, de la prima interactiune cu site-ul pana la conversie si sa interpretam corect valoarea fiecarei actiuni de marketing online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semnalele Google (Google signals) sunt date de la utilizatorii care sunt conectati cu un cont Google.
