{"id":25021,"date":"2023-01-31T12:23:44","date_gmt":"2023-01-31T12:23:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.themarkers.ro\/?p=25021"},"modified":"2024-07-10T14:24:00","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T14:24:00","slug":"marketing-pentru-generatia-z-ce-impact-are-social-media","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.themarkers.ro\/en\/marketing-pentru-generatia-z-ce-impact-are-social-media\/","title":{"rendered":"Marketing pentru Generatia Z \u25b7 Ce impact are social media?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De obicei, companiile de marketing vor sa ajunga la cat mai multi oameni, adica la o audienta cat mai mare, pentru a obtine cel mai bun profit, nu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ei bine, la momentul actual, Millenials reprezinta cel mai mare grup de consumatori, iar Baby Boomers au cei mai multi bani de cheltuit, insa puterea generatiei Z este in crestere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un raport recent, realizat de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-11-17\/gen-z-has-360-billion-to-spend-trick-is-getting-them-to-buy\">Bloomberg<\/a>, arata ca acesti tineri, unii aflandu-se deja pe piata muncii, au un venit disponibil de 360 de miliarde de dolari, o suma ce nu este de ignorat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar cu trecerea anilor, veniturile acestor tineri vor crestere substantial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deci nu rata startul! Specialistii in marketing se afla deja in cautarea celor mai bune metode de a promova afacerile, astfel incat sa fie pe placul generatiei Z, deoarece metodele traditionale de marketing nu functioneaza cu ei. Deci, la momentul actual, vorbim despre preadolescenti, adolescenti si tineri adulti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesti tineri au crescut folosind tehnologia si internetul. Ei sunt cei mai activi pe retelele de socializare, iar cumparaturile online sunt ceva absolut normal pentru ei, facand aste de la varste fragede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exista caracteristici ale generatiei Z la care nu te-ai fi asteptat!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sunt loiali<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrat asteptarilor marketerilor, acesti tineri nu sunt atat de volubili. De exemplu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Instagram<\/strong> pentru postari care sa inspire;<\/li><li><strong>Snapchat<\/strong> pentru momentele de zi cu zi;<\/li><li><strong>Facebook<\/strong> pentru stiri si grupuri;<\/li><li><strong>TikTok<\/strong> pentru distractie \u0219i trenduri;<\/li><li><strong>LinkedIn<\/strong> pentru continut axat pe cariera;<\/li><li><strong>YouTube<\/strong> pentru continut video si muzica.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Opinia ca adolescentii au renuntat la Facebook si au trecut pe alte platforme pare sa nu fie in intregime adevarata. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/199242\/social-media-and-networking-sites-used-by-us-teenagers\/\">Conform Statista<\/a>, atunci cand sunt intrebati care este cea mai importanta aplicatie pentru ei, inca exista foarte multi adolescenti care folosesc destul de mult Facebook, insa o plaseaza mai jos decat Instagram sau Tik Tok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste statistici sunt destul de relevante atunci cand decizi pe ce platforme sa iti indrepti atentia si eforturile de marketing. Daca vrei sa te conectezi cu aceasta categorie demografica, atunci opteaza pentru Instagram. Cu aceasta aplicatie sansele de a avea conversii cresc substantial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Continutul trebuie sa fie scurt si personalizat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cand te adresezi tinerilor, personalizarea continutului este cheia succesului!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bineinteles ca toti potentialii clienti raspund mult mai bine unui continut personalizat, insa tinerii sunt mult mai receptivi la acesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, tinerii sunt mai receptivi la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbesinsights\/2016\/02\/11\/how-marketers-are-driving-growth-through-personalized-content\/?sh=73deb79c70f9\">postarile cu putin text<\/a>, ce este impartit in paragrafe sau sub forma de lista. Stii cum se spune, esentele tari se tin in sticlute mici!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalizarea este mai usoara pe unele canale de marketing decat pe altele. De exemplu, in e-mail marketing, poti include numele abonatilor, precum si date legate de acestia, cum ar fii faptul ca au mai comandat produse sau ca au mai apelat la serviciile companiei tale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flexibilitatea este cheia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre deosebire de celelalte generatii, adolescentii nu sunt cei mai mari fani ai publicitatii online, in special cea de pe retelele sociale. Pentru a le castiga increderea trebuie sa fii deschis cu privire la scopul tau, iar comportamentul tau trebuie sa respecte toti utilizatorii, deoarece <a href=\"https:\/\/mention.com\/en\/blog\/social-media-gen-z\/\">Gen Z pun foarte mult accent pe egalitate<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secretul unor strategii de succes este flexibilitate. Urmeaza trendurile si convingerile populare care circula pe internet. Astfel nu vei da niciodata gres!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adapteaza-ti afacerea la dispozitivele mobile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principalul dispozitiv utilizat de catre generatia Z este telefonul smart. Ei s-au adaptat astfel incat sa integreze aceste dispozitive in toate activitatile lor de zi cu zi. Deci se asteapta ca marcile sa le ofere informatii si servicii instantaneu. Adica totul sa fie la o atingere de ecran distanta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">&nbsp;\ud83d\udca1Acestia sunt susceptibili la doua sindroame sociale: FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) si FOLO (Fear Of Living Offline), tinerii <a href=\"https:\/\/coolerinsights.com\/2019\/11\/social-media-marketing-gen-z-teenagers\/\">pot petrece pana la noua ore pe zi pe media online<\/a>.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Adesea, isi vor verifica conturile de pe retelele sociale <a href=\"https:\/\/coolerinsights.com\/2017\/12\/addicted-digital-technology\/\">de 100 de ori<\/a> (sau mai mult) pe zi, dependenti de satisfactia pe care o primesc din continutul pe care il urmaresc si il posteaza online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asadar, poti valorifica aceste lucruri optimizandu-ti site-ul pentru a fi compatibil cu dispozitivele mobile si fiind activ online \u2013posteaza regulat, ofera informatii relevante, promoveaza-te si interactioneaza cu oamenii!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continua sa citesti si descopera cum generatia Z foloseste 3 dintre cele mai populare platforme online!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facebook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum spuneam, informatia ca Facebook \u201ea murit\u201d nu este adevarata. Foarte multi fac parte din grupuri dedicate diferitelor subiecte si interese, cum sunt cele pentru pasionatii de masini, de arta, de muzica, de haine etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca afacere poti profita de acest lucru promovandu-te chiar pe nisa ta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instagram<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este locul unde tinerii vin sa se inspire. Ei urmaresc persoane publice, influenceri, dar si locatii si destinatii. Generatia Z detine cel mai mare numar de utilizatori de Instagram, fiind urmati de catre Millenials. Pentru pozele de calitate mai slaba folosesc story-urile sau alte aplicatii, precum Snapchat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acestia pun accentul pe detalii, folosesc hashtag-uri, locatii, stickere, efecte sonore, filtre. Multe din lucrurile pe care aceasta generatie le stie au fost <a href=\"https:\/\/coolerinsights.com\/2019\/11\/social-media-marketing-gen-z-teenagers\/\">invatate<\/a> de pe YouTube. Sunt atat de multe lucruri pe care le poti face. Nu incerca sa urmezi unele trenduri online daca acestea nu au legatura cu afacerea ta, pastreaza-ti autenticitatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>. Fii concis! Ai mai putin de 8 secunde pentru a capta atentia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. <\/strong>Fii prietenos! Utilizeaza emoticoane, emoji si stickere chiar si in text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Posteaza frecvent. Cu atat de mult continut online, poti fi usor uitat. Distribuie frecvent continut pe toate canalele de social media pe care se afla publicul tau tinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6<\/strong>. Fii haios! Tinerii apreciaza foarte mult umor in care se regasesc, care este \u201erelatable\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> Nu exploata datele personale! Fii transparent si dezvaluie intotdeauna ce date colectezi despre oameni.
