In 2018, Uniunea Europeana a lansat cel mai complex cadru legislativ de confidentialitate din lume: GDPR (Regulamentul General privind Protectia Datelor), aplicabil in toate statele membre UE. Acesta are scopul de a proteja datele consumatorilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ca raspuns la aceasta initiativa, Google a lansat, in 2020, Consent Mode V1, cu scopul de a respecta acordul utilizatorilor privind datele personale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cu aceasta versiune, daca utilizatorul, in momentul in care intra pe site, nu isi da acordul pentru folosirea datelor, acestea nu vor fi trimise catre platformele de analiza si marketing, deci nu vor putea fi folosite de advertiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La sfarsitul anului 2023, ca raspuns la restrictiile din ce in ce mai drastice, compania a introdus Consent Mode V2<\/a>, solutie pe baza de AI. Totodata, Google a anuntat ca toti advertiserii trebuie sa implementeze Consent Mode pana pe 6 martie 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cu aceasta versiune, daca utilizatorul nu isi da acordul, advertiserul tot va putea colecta date, dar sub forma de pings. Cu ajutorul acestor ping-<\/em>uri, conversiile vor fi mai bine estimate, datorita capacitatii de modelare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce sunt consent pings<\/em>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Informatiile sub forma de pings nu contin PII (personal identifiable information), precum adresa de email sau numarul de telefon, insa includ:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Tipul dispozitivului<\/li>
  2. Tipul browserului<\/li>
  3. Numele conversiei<\/li>
  4. Tara<\/li>
  5. Ora<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Ce este conversion modelling<\/em>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Modelarea conversiilor implica utilizarea tuturor informatiilor colectate de Google si, pe baza lor, in lipsa anumitor date din pricina neacordarii consimtamantului de catre utilizatori, se foloseste de machine learning pentru a atribui conversii actiunilor de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cum implementezi Consent Mode V2?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Cea mai simpla si rapida metoda de a implementa Consent Mode V2<\/a> este prin Google Tag Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Recomandam colaborarea cu o platforma certificata de gestionare a consimtamantului. Cu ajutorul acesteia, configuram Consent Mode V2 si, ulterior, in functie de acordul sau dezacordul utilizatorului, GTM va trimite date mai mult sau mai putin importante catre platformele de analiza si de marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ce se intampla daca nu implementezi Consent Mode?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Google recomanda implementarea acestei reglementari pentru ca advertiserul sa poata colecta date. Consent Mode afecteaza toate firmele din SEE (Spatiul Economic European) care utilizeaza platformele Google Ads si Google Analytics 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fara Consent Mode, campaniile Google Ads nu pot fi optimizate deoarece nu exista date (conversii) dupa care sa se ia decizii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adaptarea la noile standarde de confidentialitate va fi necesara, iar pentru cele mai bune rezultate va trebui sa iei in considerare implementarea Consent Mode V2 pana la data de 6 martie 2024.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
